How to hide or unhide scroll bar on the right side:

1. Open Setting window(You can search from start menu and click "Settings") -> this opens a window "Window Settings"

2. Click "Ease of Access" -> this opens a new window , click "Display" on the left side list.

3. On the right side window, find the switch "Automatically hide scroll bars in Windows"

4. Turn ON if you want to hide the scroll bar or Turn OFF if you want to show/unhide the scroll bar.

5. Now, you can close the Display window. You are all set.
